In this paper, the basic conclusions of the reasonable dynamical models and effective algorithms have been mainly expounded since the authors dedicated themselves to the study of the orbital of the Near-Earth Asteroids ( NEAs) several years ago. The comparisons of the practical predicted computations ( the status of the NEAs close by approaching the Earth) with the authoritative results justify the research to be reliable. In the given dynamical models, all the possible dynamical factors which affect the movements of the NEAs are taken into account, including the gravitation of major planets and large minor planets in the main belt area, the effects of the body flattening and the post-Newtonian influence from the sun's gravitation. In addition , for computations the authors reasonably deal with the problems of the varied step length and the fast phase of the moon's motion, thus use the same step length to integrate the bodies' movements during the course of obtaining the solution of a high-dimension differential equation, and avoiding the complexity of solving the equations.
