A numerical-analytical method for studying the evolution of asteroid orbits is proposed which uses an expression for the secular component of the perturbation function that is accurate to second-order terms with respect to the eccentricities and inclinations of the orbits. Changes in orbit elements are calculated for asteroids that do not belong to the main belt. Determinations are also made of the intervals of regular evolution. Two more asteroid orbits characterized by libration changes of the perihelion arguments are identified.
