The author has obtained the mapping of Cep B and Cep F. Their integrated
intensity map and velocity channel map have been made. It has been also
found that the Cepheus OB3 giant molecular cloud complex is clumping,
and the clumps are not bound up by self-gravity. And the dynamical
time-scale of their outflow has been derived.
