Simultaneous photospheric (Fe I λ5324.19 Å line) and chromospheric (Hβ line) magnetic fields of small-scale magnetic elements have been observed from near solar disk center to solar west limb using the vector video magnetograph at Huairou Solar Observing Station of Beijing Astronomical Observatory. The observational results show that the magnetic structures of most small-scale magnetic elements do not change much from solar photosphere to the chromosphere.
