Photoelectric photometry of 132 early-type stars in a 16 square-degree area centered at l = 110 deg, b = 0 deg, is presented. Most stars were measured in UBV and H-beta. Relatively high interstellar extinction is found within 1 kpc from the sun. There are no indications of dust on the inner side of the Perseus arm. Most of the observed stars are at distances between 2 and 6 kpc. Eighteen previously unknown early-type stars were found in the H II region Sh2-157. Some other stars connected with H II regions are discussed.
