Starting with the propagation equation of cosmic rays with acceleration in the energy space, mathematical expressions are given for the primary high-energy spectrum and the ratio between the primary and secondary nuclei. The result shows that the reacceleration of the cosmic rays in the interstellar space possibly exists and that there is no need to consider different spatial distributions for the primaries and secondaries.
