The statistical theory is applied to the disruption of three-body systems moving in three dimensions. The eccentricity distribution of the binary is calculated and the relative proportion of binaries with angular momentum along the original angular-momentum axis is determined. The mass, velocity and solid-angle distributions of the escaping particle are also determined.
