With superluminal data provided in the literature, we make a statistical study of the problem of whether the standard cosmological model, the relativistic beaming model, and the synchrotron self-Compton mechanism are in conformity with one another. It is shown that the theoretical prediction fits the data well. This implies that the above theories are in agreement and their interpretations of the superluminal motion are reasonable.
