To study the field structure of the Galaxy and Metagalaxy, it is effective to use the statistical quantity S_2k_ = (1/3)(3 N)^-1^ {SIGMA}_1 <= l <= N_ cos^2k^(φ_ijl_), where N is number of objects in a circular area on the celestial sphere (H >= 3), φ_ijl_ are angles between directions from an object to two other objects. Using the catalog of Abell, the vicinity of the Northern Galactic Pole (b >= 80^deg^) was studied. It was found that clusters of galaxies of class D = 5 do not form any significant structures, while clusters of class D = 6 form a pronounced "stratus" (elongated cloud). The reality of the "stratus" was confirmed by another method: in the region b >= 80^deg^, the spatial density of cluster centers increases with distance, namely, ν^bar^_6_:ν^bar^_5_ ~ 1.59, whereas the average over the entire Abell catalog is ν^bar^_6_ : ν^bar^_5_ ~ 1.01.
