Statistical analysis of the fine structure in the radio emission of PSR 1133 + 16 shows that the micropulse durations are not randomly distributed but display at least two characteristic time scales, one shorter than 250 microsec and the other between 250 microsec and about 1 msec. In more than half the pulses analyzed, the microstructure is quasiperiodic, with short (less than 625-microsec) periods being distinguished from long (625-2500-microsec) periods. The microstructure time-scale and quasiperiod distributions are compared for subpulses belonging to the two separate components of the mean pulse profile.
