We present new Spitzer data on the nearby barred-spiral galaxy NGC 1365, observed as part of the medium-sized LIRG Spitzer survey of Mazzarella et al.. NGC 1365 was imaged in the four IRAC bands: 3.6, 4.5, 5.8 and 8.0um and in the three MIPS bands: 24, 70, and 160um. While the 160um data suffer saturation in the nuclear region, in all the MIPS images the spiral arms are distinguishable. Since NGC 1365 contains a central AGN exhibiting bi-polar ionization cones with broad opening angles, our analysis includes a search for evidence of PAH destruction through hard UV radiation in the central region, as measured in the 8um IRAC band.
