The properties of a sample of binary galaxies of the EE type are investigated using data from Karachantsev's catalogue of the isolated pairs of the northern sky. For pairs including elliptical and lenticular galaxies, the mean statistical values of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics are determined. For systems with EE and E-SO components, the parameters of the limiting surfaces of zero velocity are calculated in the context of a restricted three-body problem for the spherically symmetric case of density distribution in the companions.
