Low resolution CCD spectra of dKe and dMe stars, many of which are active flare stars and spotted stars are presented. Most objects are covered from 3500 A to 7500 A; some have coverage extending to 9000 A. The strength of various chromospheric emission lines and photospheric molecular features is measured, and the run of these quantities with stellar intrinsic brightness is investigated.
