We present for the first time the optical spectra of a complete sample of 114 AGNs composed by all the Radio Sources of the 3CR catalogue below the limiting redshift z=0.3. The observations are carried out at the 3.58m Telescopio Nazionale Galileo (TNG, Canary Islands). The spectral analysis provides us a precise (high signal to noise ratio) and homogeneous (same observational configuration for the whole sample) optical classification of AGNs. About 100 sources have been observed during 4 runs since last November. 80 of them are already reduced. We present here the preliminary results and in particular the diagnostic diagrams, useful tool for the distinction of AGNs into high and low excitation galaxies in function of their emission lines ratios.
