Results are presented for spectroscopic observations of 36 moderately bright planetary nebulae over the nominal wavelength range from 3700 to 8700 A. The lines measured are listed, along with their identifications and intensities. The electron temperatures and densities implied by the observations are discussed, and concentrations of singly and doubly ionized helium are deduced from intensities of selected He I and He II lines. The plasma diagnostics used are described.
