An abundance analysis using photographic region spectrograms and fully line-blanketed model atmospheres has been performed for the metallic-lined (Am) star HD 73730. Model parameters were determined from the Balmer line profiles and Strömgren index (c1). The values of effective temperature and gravity confirmed ionization equilibrium of Fe and Cr. Its abundance pattern gives that HD 73730 shows mild Am-like characteristics.
