A spectrophotometric catalog is presented of 425 emission-line galaxies discovered in objective prism surveys for which redshifts, emission-line intensities, equivalent widths, and absolute fluxes are derived. The vast majority of objects in the catalog are H II region-like galaxies (H II galaxies). In more than 80 H II galaxies the forbidden line O III 4363 was measured with accuracy good enough to permit precise electron temperature determinations. The observational parameters that define the properties of H II galaxies as a class are characterized and discussed.
