Twenty-two blue spectrograms of the double-lined spectroscopic binary V757 Cen were obtained at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory and were measured for determination of radial velocities with the Grant oscilloscope display comparator, both in forward and reverse directions. Both components of the binary are of very similar spectral type, about GOV. The radial-velocity variation of each line was plotted individually versus orbital phase, and those which showed the best-defined orbital motion for both components were then averaged. The absolute dimensions of the components are estimated. Physical parameters are similar to other W UMa binaries.
