A catalog is presented which is based on objective-prism plates with a dispersion of 240 A/mm in H-gamma as well as blue and visual direct plates. The catalog contains spectral types, blue magnitudes, positions, and finding charts for about 10,000 O-B9 and M stars as well as emission-line objects to a limiting magnitude of about 12.5 and 15, respectively. The region covered is a 6-deg-wide belt along the galactic equator from 280 to 306 deg longitude.
