From 14 diffraction spectrograms with dispersions 9 and 28 Å/mm obtained during 1981 - 1984 the spectrum of the eclipsing binary V448 Cyg has been studied. Spectral classes of stars were determined as B1,2 Ib+O8,9 V. Contours of hydrogen and helium lines show anomalies, and such characteristics of lines as R0 - central depth, Δλ - half-width and Wλ - equivalent width are varying with the period of revolution. Electron concentrations in the shells of the stars in the system are determined. Particulars of the model of the eclipsing system V448 Cyg are discussed.
