We have constructed a speckle interferometer camera system based on the design developed at Georgia State University. The system uses a CCD video camera, microscope objective, and filter, and is used on the 32-inch telescope at Appalachian State University's Dark Sky Observatory. Images are video taped and then frame-grabbed later in the laboratory. Data analysis is done with the Specklite program developed at GSU, running under Microsoft C/C++ on a PC. We will report on the operation of the instrument and on the first observations obtained.
