An objective prism survey intended to cover the entire southern sky within the magnitude range from the 10th to the 13th photographic magnitude is described. The survey includes luminous stars, planetary nebulae, Me-stars, carbon stars, and other objects of interest. The first five sections of the survey, covering an area of approximately 4000 square degrees, have been completed. The spectral types, magnitudes, and positions for the objects of interest are given in five separate catalogues.
