Scientific paper

Approximately 600 photoelectric UBVRI observations on the Kron-Cousins system and the resulting light and color curves are presented for 15 southern short-period Cepheids. It is noted that the observations were obtained simultaneously with the photoelectric radial velocities presented by Gieren (1981). The internal accuracy of the individual Cepheid observations is found to be approximately 0.005 mag in V and all of the colors.
