A simple power-law equation and relevant coefficients are provided which constitute a compact and accurate summary of the results of Brueckner's (1971) impact theory of atomic line broadening by neutral hydrogen. It is shown that for the range of relative speed used in O'Mara's (1976) calculations, the damping constant as a function of relative speed can be closely approximated by a power law in relative speed for each value of effective principal quantum number and azimuthal quantum number. The combination of these power laws provides a simple relation with variable coefficients that approximates O'Mara's results quite accurately. It is concluded that the results should prove useful for computing the damping constants of a wide variety of neutral lines in late-type stellar atmospheres for temperatures of 2500 to 10,000 K.
