Attention is given to an N-body model of a box-shaped galaxy which is self-consistent and in equilibrium, and exhibits a cylindrical rotation pattern. The N-body code used is that of Van Albada (1982), with 5000 equal mass particles on a mesh in spherical coordinates. A good picture of the three-dimensional structure of a nearly axisymmetric model can be obtained from contour plots of mean space density in the meridional plane.
