We present the design for a high resolution broad band Self Compensating
All Reflective Interferometric Echelle Space Telescope spectrometer
(SCARIEST). Because of its all reflective design, the system works
throughout the UV. We discuss the system's design, capabilities, and
limitations as well as possible applications.
