Three high-sensitivity catalogs are compared at meter and centimeter wavelengths: UTRAO (365 MHz), GB (4.85 GHz), and RC (3.94 GHz). As a result, spectral-index distributions are constructed for about 2000 common objects in a declination strip of 5 + or - 2 deg, and a list of radio sources containing about 300 objects with steep spectra is compiled. It is shown that there is a real distinction between the spectral-index distributions for point-like and double objects. There is also a difference in the values of the mean spectral index for these classes of objects.
