Radio emission has been searched for in many stars, mainly in close
binary systems, emission line stars and nearby stars. Most results were
negative. Radio emission was found in a number of stars, mainly
emission-line stars. Upper limits are given for the undetected objects.
The detected ones are briefly discussed.
