The spectral lines 616→523 H2O and 4→3 HC3N were observed towards comet Halley. The upper limits of TA proved to be equal to 0.02K for H2O line and 0.01K for HC3N. The flow of molecules HC3N from the comet's core is less than 6×1026s-1.
