A scientific program aiming to search for massive planets (3-10 MJ) around nearby (D ⪉ 50 pc) and late-type young stars (10-200 Myr) is in progress with NACO. At this age a massive planet (˜ 5 MJ}) can be sufficiently luminous to be detected at distances of 2 - 50 AU from the primary stars. Strategy and preliminary results of observations are shown.
