We present results from a survey for high-redshift, radio-loud QSOs. Radio sources selected at 5GHz have been optically identified using APM scans of POSS-I plates, and spectroscopy was obtained for the red, star-like counterparts (O-E>= 1.0, E<= 20). The survey covers an area of 3.7sr and resulted in the discovery of ~ 30 radio-loud QSOs with z>3. These objects were used for a first determination of the luminosity function of radio-loud QSOS at z>3. B and R band CCD identifications are now being obtained for flat-spectrum S>= 0.2Jy sources that are blank on POSS-I. The survey is also being extended to fainter radio flux limits (S5GHz >= 25mJy) using the new VLA FIRST survey.
