Observations of 25 infrared stars (T Tauri and Orion stars, semiregular, irregular, and long-period variables) in the 1667, 1665, and 1612 MHz hydroxyl lines have been conducted. The observational equipment and technique are described. OH emission at 1667 MHz from the semiregular variable RS Cancri has been detected. The peak flux density is 0.22 Jy, the radial velocity, +10 km/sec, is close to that of the star, and the linewidth is about 1 km/sec. Characteristics of this star are discussed.
