The morphologies of galaxies provide clues to their histories and to their possible futures as well. Morphological parameters can tell us more about the presence of disks and bulges, interactions and merging activity, and star formation. We revisit some earlier work on a sample of VLIRGs, presenting some newer measurements and discussing some reasons for the differences.
