A sample of 25 extragalactic radio sources is presented; the principal selection criterion being a spectrum which is steep at higher frequencies, but turns over in the vicinity of 1 GHz. This list follows an earlier list of 25 such sources, raising the strength of the sample of "gigahertz-peaked-spectrum" sources to fifty. The sample is intended to provide candidates for high-redshift objects and also for the less common type of active galactic nuclei which might differ in several radio properties from "normal" compact radio sources whose radio spectra appear broadly to be flat.
