NH3 (1, 1) emission toward the infrared source NGC 6334 I has been observed with the Very Large Array. The bright radio H II region associated with NGC 6334 I is flanked by two lobes of NH3 emission. These lobes are most likely part of a molecular disk or toroid. The velocity field of the disk is consistent with Keplerian rotation about a central star of about 30 solar masses viewed somewhat inclined. The outer parts of the rotation curve imply that the disk itself has a comparable mass, about 30 solar masses. Most importantly, the Keplerian divergence of the rotation curve coincides with the central exciting star. The H II region is extended in the direction perpendicular to the disk. It is suggested that it has expanded more freely along the poles of the disk but remains constrained in the plane of the disk by high-density neutral gas. The disk in NGC 6334 I is one of very few known examples of a circumstellar structure that is resolved both spatially and in velocity.
