Post-Einstein theory of gravitation (PETG) is suggested. The PETG
equations for a Robertson-Walker cosmological model are obtained.
It is shown that in PETG and in some other theories a
‘dynamical’ Universe cannot be realized as the configuration
of a ‘common’ matter.
