A new identification of groups and clusters in the CfA1 Catalog of
Huchra et al. is presented, using a percolation algorithm to identify
density enhancements. It is shown that in the resulting catalog,
contamination by interlopers is significantly reduced. The Schechter
luminosity function is redetermined, including the Malmquist bias.
