A review is given of the available data on collision strengths and effective, or Maxwellian-averaged, collision strengths for neutral boron and all boron-like ions up to and including boron-like nickel. When sufficient collision strength data are available for the determination of two or more sets of effective collision strengths γ for the same ion by different authors, comparison graphs of γ versus the logarithm of the electron temperature T(K) are given.
