On the basis of the reduction of the observational data, obtained with the coronograph of the Ussurisk station in 1982 - 1984 it is shown that practically all Ellermann bombs are connected with dark fibrils and are mainly located at the end of a fibril or common end of several fibrils. Among the latter long-lived fibrils have been detected with a comparatively narrow Hα profile, whose evolution is apparently related with the evolution of waves and short-lived fibrils with broad Hα profiles whose evolution is closely connected with the bombs. The predominant lowering of matter at the ends of long-lived fibrils has been discovered. The radial velocity field there is stationary in time and varies considerably from point to point.
