We have reexamined ISOCAM-CVF spectrophotometric observations of three HII regions in M33. The re-processed images, available as Highly Processed Data Products from the ISO archive, span a wavelength range of 5.1 to 16.5 µ with a spectral resolution R ˜ 45. We have modeled the infrared dust bands at 6.2, 7.7 and 8.6 microns using a Lorentzian profile, as outlined by Boulanger et al. (1998), while atomic emission lines of [Ne II], [Ne III], and [S IV] were extracted using a Gaussian profile. Emission line images of the fitted spectra allow a detailed comparison of the continuum, dust features, and emission line regions of each nebula. This work is based on observations with the Infrared Space Observatory, an ESA project with instruments funded by the ESA Member States (especially the PI countries: France, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom) with the participation of ISAS and NASA, and was performed under contracts 961583 and 961637 for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
