A radio continuum survey of a large apparent magnitude limited sample of galaxies to determine which galactic properties and environments are associated with the occurrence of radio sources is reported. The 2380 MHz system was used to observe all 2095 galaxies in the Uppsala General Catalog of Galaxies brighter than mp = 14.5. Twenty two percent of the sources were above the detection limit of 15 mJy. A three element interferometer was used to find flux densities, spectral indices, and positions of dominant compact components in sources stronger than 35 mJy.
