A CCD imaging photometer was used to investigate the location of the excess of short wavelength light in one 3C radio galaxy, 3C352, at a redshift of 0.81. The excess is present thoughout the galaxy and is not concentrated at the nucleus. This result supports the hypothesis that the excess is caused by an evolving stellar population and indicates that the regions of star formation are not concentrated at the nucleus. Since 3C352 does not have atypical colors compared with other high redshift galaxies, it is likely that other such galaxies will show similar evolutionary effects. At larger redshifts, the evolutionary effects may be still stronger, making them easily detectable. If the effects are especially strong in the far UV, the images that will be taken by the Space Telescope may be more spectacular than predicted.
