The observational results of a radio-continuum survey of isolated pairs of galaxies from the catalog of Karachentsev (1972) are presented. Detailed radio and optical data exist for the 61 detections above the all-catalog limit of 40 mJy at a wavelength of 11 cm. Three interesting classes of radio detections are discussed, including seven pairs with radio halos larger than and/or not coincident with the optical extent of the galaxies.
