The present paper gives the results of radio-continuum and polarization surveys of the Magellanic Clouds (MCs) at 2.45, 4.75, and 8.55 GHz and describes the the MCs' integrated radio-continuum emission. The radio morphology is also discussed in terms of the effects of ram pressure from the LMC when it passes through the Milky Way halo. The linear polarization in the LMC approaches 25 percent and is theorized to be related to HI and CO column densities. The high degree of polarization is considered evidence of a ordered magnetic field that extends over a distance and is possibly aligned by ram-pressure effects. The SMC exhibits weak polarization of less than a few percent, and these data are considered an indication of the SMC's complex structure. The quantities of thermal radio emission are subjected to other possible explanations that require further investigation.
