Cataclysmic Binaries: Radiation Mechanisms, Cataclysmic Binaries: Photometry

Scientific paper

A simplified black-body radiation model is used to calculate the
contributions of the various components of CVs to the observed
radiation. The results show that the model can fit most observations
well and thus provide an interpretation of the statistical properties of
CVs obtained in a previous paper.
