The motion of a black hole under external influences is considered from the point of view of a distant observer. Zerilli equations are used to detect the hole's displacement and the structure of the metric in the presence of other gravitational bodies. It is shown that in a region where the curvature of space is slight, the contribution of the field of a rapidly moving black hole coincides in form with the field of an ordinary body. The motion of a black hole in the quasistationary approximation is governed by laws of Newtonian dynamics.
