Relative proper motions are determined for 1387 stars located in the field of the open cluster NGC 7789. Up to ten plate pairs are used and 679 probable members are isolated. The study extends to m(pg) = 15.5 although a small representation to m(pg) = 16.0 is present. The cluster proper motion dispersion (m.e.) for the highest weight group is 0.043 arcsec/100 yrs.
