A programme for establishing the time dissemination system by use of the existing satellite-TV broadcasting system is presented. This system can improve the time service in China, and it has many advantages such as the better precision, the wider coverage, the more information, the continuous service and so on, comparing with the existing time dissemination systems via LF or HF propagation.
