From Wind launch until September 1, 2001 a list of 279 fast mode interplanetary shock passages is presented. The list contains one-point observations, mostly at Wind, and since 1998 many two-point observations (Wind and ACE spacecraft). The possible cause of the shocks and their variation with time along the current 23th solar cycle are indicated. Using 3s average interplanetary magnetic field data from the magnetometer WIND/MFI, together with proton plasma data from WIND/SWE, we expand the set of shock normals and other Rankine-Hugoniot parameters listed in Ref. 1. For the evaluation of the shock parameters we use a pre-averaged method (Ref. 1). A brief discussion of weak and strong shocks and the observed compression values in density and magnetic field will be presented, accompanied by the time profile of the corresponding solar wind parameters. Public access to related shock lists is available at WWW pages with URLs http://lepmfi.gsfc.nasa.gov/mfi/ip_shock.html and http://www-spof.gsfc.nasa.gov/scripts/SWCatalog.html. 1) D.B.
