Scientific paper

The optical positions and the radio positions of about 30 radio stars are used in this paper. After transforming the epoch of coordinate systems from B1950.0 to J2000.0 and the reference catalogue systems from other catalogues to FK5 system, and reducing to a common epoch from optical to radio using the optical proper motions, then the rotation parameters between the optical system and radio system are obtained.
